Refund policy

Is there a problem with your order? Send us a email at truemetalmistress@gmail.com and we'll be happy to help!

Please take note that because every item is made to order, we can only offer refunds on products with material/print defects or wrong item(s) received.

Damage
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately or within 30 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Don't forget to include a photo of the defect/damage/wrong item sent so that we can evaluate the issue and send replacement item(s) as soon as possible. 

Wrong sizing
We cannot issue refunds if you ordered the wrong size.
Every order is made just for you, so it is important that you look at the size charts and choose the right one for you. If not, don't panic, you have 12 hours after an order is made to write to us so we can change it!

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

For damaged and defective products, we'll gladly send a replacement item after you contact us and show us proof of the issue. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping
Please note that we refund only the product(s) value. Any shipping paid won't be refunded.

We noticed that some third-party apps gave the email used by our automatic messages as a way to contact us, it is not. Please use only the 2 addresses provided here and not one found elsewhere, as we won't be able to provide support if you send it to the wrong email.
