I want custom made merch! How does it work?
- Send an email to truemetalmistress@gmail.com with your desired custom clothing idea.
- If it’s something that can be made, you’ll be told your custom order is accepted. Don’t send the money right now!
- You’ll be shown a preview of what the item will look like with your desired design. If you like it, you can then proceed with the payment.
- Tell us your address for the delivery and send the money on Paypal (same email address).
- Once the payment is received, you’ll be notified the order is sent to production. Then another email will be sent to you with tracking info when the order is shipped.
Why is the shipping for international orders so high?
To guarantee both the seller and customer security in these sales, all the orders will be shipped with a tracking number.
How long does it take for my order to be made?
It varies depending on the product you ordered and its production time, also if the design already existed or if we had to create it. You will be notified when the production starts and when it is shipped!
