If there's any product type you don't want us to make, just mention it in your email and we won't offer it.
By sending an email to bands@metal-mistress.com, you agree to let us use your band's artwork(s) and logo(s) to make merch to sell on our website.
You can cancel our partnership at any time by sending a cancellation email. If there are ongoing orders in production at the time, production will continue and the items will be delivered as expected.
*Payments are made the week following the end of quarter. To prevent the chaos of having too many different ways to pay bands, we prefer to use Paypal. If for some reason you really cannot use it, we are open to discuss similar alternatives with you.
** 20% share is calculated from real profits, so after conversion and transaction fees. The numbers on the sales reports we can generate are net sales only, that means it's just the price that was paid by the customer for the item and the production/shipping costs as well as regular transaction fees are not calculated. It can show you how many items were sold, but profits can vary slightly depending on the currency the order was made.
